Some notes on this guy...he's a recent & excellent Japanese reproduction of a Japanese toy that probably sold for around one dollar in the 1950s but in 1996 sold at a Sotheby's auction for $17,500. Not sure what he would go for now but if you find one at a garage sale or flea market, could you let me know? Thank you. ;-}

The blue and red gives a lot of dynamic to this figure. Interesting pattern of buttons and what ears! MCsaba
