The big difference between these two shots is the camera each one was shot with. The H5 allowed me to fill the frame with the flower, so what I posted in the other shot is a much reduced version. The R1 could only get me close enough so that the flower was about 800 pixels wide. So this is pretty well a 100% crop. I think it has more detail, more colour and more dynamic range than the H5 shot. However, that doesn't necessarily make it more beautiful.

I think I like the previous one with less contrast, but this is just my persnal taste. Mcsaba
