I blew some bubbles and let them fall on the frosty grass. Then I waited as they froze. Then I took pictures.

Thank you all for your comments. I have my brother to thank for this idea and he has his ex-wife to thank as she was the first to try it. It has to be at or below freezing for this to work. I was lucky that the sun was illuminating this spot but hadn't warmed it enough to keep this from working. Can't wait to see the bubbles you all freeze. ;-) Ann

This is a really wonderful idea! You've inspired me to try this. I've never seen this technique before and the patterns and beauty of the frost are lovely. Very creative idea!
