I love the background texture and the effects from the light, Karen. Nice work, indeed!

Unique card! I never saw one like this so it's very unique in my eyes. I agree the lens flare compliments the shot, too. Lovely image! shu

Very pretty image - I love the composition and the rays of light! I like the lens flare, too - this is probably the only shot I've ever seen that I've like the lens flare.

Karen,
I like this very much and the font is perfect.

Karen, I see you got the snow you were waiting for ...we got dumped on too :) I really like your idea and execution here...the simple/minimal composition is very effective and ties in so well with your sentiment. The flare effects really add to the scene too. It gives the feeling that we all make a difference in this world. (*) Love your choice of casual, festive font here...can't decide if I like it placed elsewhere better. Well done., Karen. MFC

Simple yet very effective composition. I like the read beams emanating from the light bulb. I also like the concentric circles you've added. Those are welcome add-ons. Nicely conceived and very well executed.

Thanks for the comments, all. Gordon, I think I agree with you about the text. Karen

This is Nice.
I noticed the "*", so... in my Opinion, the card would be even better if the text were on the bottom, horizontal, just inside the border, and to the right side.
Good work!
Gordon

Very nicely done -- very simple but elegant. I also like the light effect from the bulb. Good work! Helen
