Fremiet - forgot to say that I was very moved by the Vietnam Memorial too. You are spot on with the reflection bit given the current situation. I wanted to enter a picture of that here too but it was taken on June 3rd and so off to exhibition it went :) ~gk

Thanks Melanie and Helen. Fremiet, you are right, I am on an east coast highlights expedition :). My parents are visiting me from India for a month and I have been giving them a tour. I would have loved to meet you in DC but that was last week ;). I will be sure to drop you a line when I am in the area next and hopefully we can meet up. What is the best way to get in touch? ~gk
