Sonny, you're not kidding about yellow being tricky; I think I was just lucky with the sun's location. Not sure about the insects but our nearest guess is Rove Beetles. They're only about 1 to 1.5 mm long. - Mike

You did a good job capturing the tricky color yellow of this flower. I also find harmony among the colors of the subject and the backround. The diagonal lines framed the flower nicely. Are those termites on the flower?
