Aspen Leaf on the Doorstep *

There are other, much better, leaf images already posted;
but I saw this leaf on my doorstep yesterday as I went out on a walk with the dogs,
and decided to take a quick shot of it.

This is beautiful. The match of the veins and the rich colors are working very well. For me, the only minor problem is the top of the leaf OOF. But I easily understand why.This kind of picture is a message for all of us : Never forget your camera if you get out to take a walk… -Stéphane :)
