Taken on the 25th of July using my trusty 717. The watch was suspended above a black cloth in order to render the background out of focus. Since the watch had a black face I tried to go for a low key shot. The room was in near darkness with the curtains drawn and no other lightsources. I actually wanted to capture the phosphorus glow and motion blur from the second hand, but I didn't quite achieve the correct shutter/apperture values. Still this is the best I could do on my first ever macro/studio shot.
