Solomon's Seal
by Bev Brink

Converted to b&w in PSP using Channel Mixer.
Output Channel: Red
Red-20%, Green-70%, Blue-10%

Solomon's Seal is a woody perennial with long arching stems.
It has short-lived tubular flowers and rootstock marked at intervals with
circular scars (Solomon's Seal).
In my yard, it thrives in moist shade.

Bev,

Excellent photography. The conversion to B&W is really giving a lot of impact to the final image.

Bev, I like the diagonal composition and the striking contrast between the subject and the plain, black background. Nice choice for B&W... & good lighting. Interesting symmetry between flower parts along the stem. MFC
