Flutter of Love
Cheryl Meisel

MI

Not the best quality I know but a darling composition just the same lol.
This was shot some 30' away with a telescope lens on the 707. It was shot
WITHOUT a tripod as I saw it through the window and had to try. So I
braced it on the window ledge. I am just now starting to play with this
thing as I bought it for the winter to play with lol.
SS: 1/15
Aperture: F2.4
Program: Manual
ISO: 100
Sony 707 with a 8x telescope lens/uncropped

other sizes: small medium original auto

Thanks, Cheryl. I think the t-con & b300 are about the same size & weight. Enjoy your long lens. Anything that makes winter in the midwest enjoyable is a good thing! Bev

Oh and Bev I'm sorry to hear that on your camera. Shoot I have been
using the B-300 since I got my 707 almost, never had a problem with
that either. Is the T-con bigger???

LOL it's pretty long Bev about um 10" or 12". I put the telescope onto the tripod
now fasten it down and just screw my camera onto it. there is no weight on my
camera this way so I don't think it would hurt it at all. But this pic was
taken when I first got this thing and I happened to look out the window and see
this. It was late evening too and I sorta HAND HELD THIS had no time, just
rested it on the window ledge lol. But it's great fun! I wanted it for winter
to take the backyard birds is all. It was cheap and worth the fun!

Good capture of a sweet moment and of the fluttering wings, Cheryl. You're using an 8x telescopic lens? How big is it? My TCON-14b pulled the lens completely off my camera and I've been holding it on with tape for almost a year. I'm sending it in for repair next week:-( Be careful with unsupported weight on your lens! Bev
