Love the "mystery" this photo presents. Great Lighting and perspective! Trish (Meem)

Very mysterious image, the great thing of course is that is NOT something exotic. You made something special out of a very ordinary object. I believe that is what they call art... Hewy

I found this drawing me in. I was trying to figure out what it is. Then I read the comments - very cool. Nice use of a simple composition to add some "wonder" to the image.

Very intriguing. Before reading comments I was sure it was a snake. Bill B

Ok. Here it is. It’s the arm of the chair that I use when I’m on the computer.
Side view, with the light kind of along side the camera. I wish it was something exotic, but it’s not. Thanks for looking. dave v.

Dave, nice use of "negative" space & an interesting minimalist composition. Good detail, DOF, and contrast. The texture resembles a reptilian skin to me...nice photo. MFC

I could tell you, but what would be the fun in that.
I think I'll keep it to myself for awhile. Maybe it
will start some conversation.

Dave, very effective image and interesting lighting.
My wife and I are having bets in what it is.
Can you tell us?
