Shay - I like this very much. I'm a sucker for diagonal composition, and I love the way you've handled tone here. The only nit is the headline, which has some difficulties with the shading under the letters -- this is a 1% nit on a 99% wonderful image. E.

This is a very pleasing ad, Shay, befitting of a fine-food establishment. The choice of B&W does this justice. I like the composition and juxtaposed text/landscape. The writing has a gossamer-like quality which, to my mind, lends a timeless feel. Being B&W the scene makes me participate. It's as if I'm sitting at a table, I look up from my meal, and this is what I see. My partner *loves* this ad, BTW. - Simon Bennett.

Shay, I really like the diagonal composition of the shadowed hillside with the skyline across the top...and your arrangement of text too. The grayscale rendition gives me the feeling that this restaurant has been here and enjoyed by many diners for a long time...a classic/traditional feel, like an old favorite with the locals. MFC

It all fits perfectly together, the text the soft shadow behind the text in the clouds, the placement of the text, and the view. I wonder whether a color version would be even more appealing. Willem

I like the restaraunt name alot, I like the "fine" text font used for your tag line / message. I even like the view! :-) I'm guessing you did this in grayscale to keep the city feeling. I wish one could see a window pane or something that gave you the feeling you actually sitting at the window looking out but, that might be asking too much :-) Mark J
