Grailville started as a Catholic women's center. It still has elements of that but has broadened into dealing with women's issues in general and organic farming in particular. Every year they sell home-grown organic veggies and herbs. They put on a quilt show of regional scope each fall, and they provide conference facilities for a wide variety of organizations.
