Katherine, I really like the close crop in this one too...it's particularly effective with the dark eye positioned right over a "sweet spot". Love the mix of textures and color here too. Just enough to tell the most...& Max is well on his way to super-model status :) Good idea and well taken, Katherine! MFC

This is not a soft nose I imagine. Interesting composition with good spots of color on opposite corners. The bright black eye is well placed in the crop. Very minimal and a good shot.
