Thanks for the comments! LC, you're right - I need to clean the sensor, but I'm afraid I'll damage it.
This statue was first done in 1979 by some students at U of WI. It's rated as one of the top 10 college pranks of all time.

I've seen this scene before and I think the snow really add much to this image....creates great contrast with the sky. Fabulous surreal scene and prefect subject for this theme. Love how the path in the lower left leads the eye to the subject. Well done. Cheers, LC

P.S. There are a few smudges in the sky. I'm not familiar with your camera, but it maybe time for a sensor cleaning.

Wow, this is really surreal! Very suitable for the theme too. I like the tones throughout the image and the composition of the few elements.

Katherine, I really like this scene...simple, unusual, and well photographed. Beautiful color, lighting, and clear detail ...it reminds me of the movie "The Day After Tomorrow." The plain foreground and background draw maximum attention to your "parts of the whole" here...parts that really evoke quite a surreal condition. Nice subject choice for the challenge...unique & well captured! Nice photo! MFC

Katherine, glad to see you got an image into Eligible, and a humorous one, to boot! I love it! Besides the humor, it is nicely composed.---deb
