This is not a night shot. As a matter of fact, the original photo was taken in broad daylight under a bright sun.

When I took the shot, the bride said - I wish it was night, it could have been so romantic; I took it as a challenge and this is the result. The bride was speechless when she saw it.

I always considered post processing as an integral part of photography. What counts for me is the end result and a photographic artwork remains a photo no matter what manipulations it goes through, as long as the original is a photograph.

I really love this photo and the more I look at it, the more I like it. Considering the work done on it, the pleasure it gave to a very pretty lady and the awards it already won, I really think that this photo is my best of 2008.
