Great capture of this bleak scene - I like the textures in the dirty wall, and the cloudy gray sky!

You have certainly captured the unsavory character of this whole area nicely, Glyn. I suspect these black stains are probably black mold. That, and the dirty water in the potholes really emphasize the lack of care for the property.

Glyn, I too love this one, the almost decaying wall with its peeling paint. It has so many elements that draw the eye.Well captured.

It's fantastic, Glyn, how you create (or *re*-produce?) with your camera an atmosphere that gets from one's eyes directly--and perturbingly--to one's soul. That comment goes for this image as well as for "Wall and Fence Round the Back"; where did you take these pictures? -- db.
