Forgot to mention: leaving Glyn speechless is my best reward....

Thanks jp, Katherine, Justin, Helen and Glyn for your kind comments. Much appreciated. The black hole effect I think is caused by the bricks. They have some shiny outside layer unlike any other brick I have seen.

Hi Jo. I think you really knocked this one into the back of the net! Just outside the frame is a bit of grafitti 'Kafka was Here'. Your work on this leaves me speechless.

Very dramatic capture!

Very surreal, dark, and partly ominous feel here - despite the sunny sky, the building's wall acts as almost a negative space to suck in the light like a black hole...yet the brick is so detailed and sharp. Nice work.

Very cool shot - I love the fine detail of the bricks and the strangely dark lighting! It looks like it was taken during an eclipse.

This is a terrific shot, whoever you are. ;)
