The T-33 pace plane has pulled up and Silver Heat 1-A looks like a one-design race: all five airplanes are Sea Furies. Voodoo was scheduled to race, but is a late scratch. Critical Mass is on the inside and pulls away while Riff Raff and Spirit of Texas settle into an old-fasioned horse race for second place.
