I am opening this one up for a mitsu 13C. The sides and bottom are about done. I can open up the top a bit more because I have more metal in the top of the turbine housing on the top side that I can remove from it.

In this image, the runners don't look very even. That is a bit deceptive. The objective is to open the runners up and aim them at the middle of the turbine housing inlet. The next two images will show that.
