the intake SS radius inner...

The intake port transitions had larger archway/shelves to be smoothed and blended than did the exhaust port transitions. And there was a greater variation of the amount of shelf between the four intakes. It was necessary to go back and forth between all four ports to make sure that I did not get carried away on any one port.

In this view of the inner arch/shelf of #1 intake, there ended up being a slight cut left over from the factory machining of the bowl/transition. This was the worst of the four in that particular spot. I decided to not try to totally smooth that out: the flow is from the other direction, so that slice would not be a step impeding flow; just a dip on the wall as the air and fuel go by. To totally take this slice out, I would have had to do a lot of material removal on the other three ports to maintain uniform shapes. That was more than I wanted to remove.
