Taken in Micanopy, Florida, late in the afternoon. I had just stopped to see a house that was for sale and adjacent to a wooded area, when I heard the hooting of the owl. Happened to have my camera handy, so ran slowly into the woods. And, there it was up in a tall pine tree. It was an exciting sight and catch. It did not stay there long before flying to another tree.
