Hi Dave,
Love your photos! I'd like to paint an 8x10 of the Ruckman House. If it sells at a sale in Karnes City, part of the proceeds go to the Coppini Academy in San Antonio.....they give affordable art lessons and promote representational art.

May I use the image one time? I would of course give you credit in the title.

Or what do you charge for this?

I need to know asap.....the painting will have to dry, and the sale is April 11.
