Wooly Horse Story

It's hard to show how big these horses are. This one's
shoulder is much higher than my own, and I'm 5'6" (167m) tall.
He weighs about 2400 pounds (nearly 1100K). From spending the
Chicago winter outside, his coat becomes dense and scruffy.
The strong legs disappear behind those shaggy leggings.

Beautiful coat. Do they shed all of the undercoat as it warms up? As pretty as it is I think it must be awfully warm and itch in the heat of summer. Watch out 1moremile..you might be walking into a trap.. :o)

Beautiful. v. BTW I think I'm missing the whole story here. You told us how tall he is by how tall you are and then you told us how much he weighs and must have forgotten to mention your weight.
