Banana Fingers

Bananas are full of surprises. They are bright, luminous
green when they are harvested, and they grow with their
tips pointing up. The bunches attach horizontally to a
central stalk, forming enormous cones of bananas on the tree.
I remember how surprised I was to see them that way the first time.

Photographing bananas still growing in their trees---now that would be FUN!

You have some nice bananas there, great color and dof, I would crop a little off the right to remove the upper right distraction, just a thought..

That's interesting... I never thoguth about that before, I always thought they grew down, but when I think of it, when I've seen pictures, they were pointing up.
Great capture!! I love that green.
