This looks to me like a flower that was trying hard
to avoid being photographed. I was quite taken with
the rich ruffles of the corolla, but I felt as if
the daffodil had tried to turn awy from me, like a
movie star without her makeup.

And like any greedy paperazza, I took the photo anyhow
and splashed it up on my gallery despite the flower's distress.
