When we first arrived at the Painted Hills, this is the sight that greeted us. We immediately stopped jumped out of the vehicles and started shooting. Since this is a low traffic park, that is not a problem there:-)

The Pastel Nature of the Hills against the flat light of late mid-day sun. For some reason, it worked.
