before I knew anything about panoramas and the programs that stitch them together. Before I knew that there was an art and a method to shooting them from a tripod, I took several shots handholding my camera. I then took those photos and stitched them together by hand in photoshop.

Oh, and the boater comes from another photo entirely but I thought he looked good here and provided somewhat of a focal point.
