Wordsworth must have surely passed this way....

Continuous as the stars that shine
And twinkle on the milky way,
They stretched in never-ending line
Along the margin of a bay:
Ten thousand saw I at a glance,
Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.
Máire Uí Mhaicín06-Apr-2009 22:07
Reminds me of the line about long fields of barley and of rye that clothe the world and feed the sky. Much more colourful with daffs!

Wow

WOW. Off the chart. A vision for all "green thumbs"!

Definately more than a 'host'. Lovely shot, those waves as Doug says are very relaxing. Do they 'harvest' them?
Doug Cruden06-Apr-2009 21:36
Wow! That's yellow all right :o)) I thought the mustard & rapeseed must be an early-flowering variety in Aberdeenshire when I saw the thumb!! Good shot, I like the gentle flow of the hill through the frame...a very gentle and relaxing off-centre composition. V

Wonderful, love those rows or as Phil said, undulations.
Phillip Normanton06-Apr-2009 20:42
Crikey - they're all daffs!??!!? Nice undulations! :o)
Johnny JAG06-Apr-2009 19:44
Those are very orderly daffs!
