The light just faded as we arrived tonight,
and hopes of a colourful sunset evaporated.
All the same the bleakness, at low tide in the estuary,
still has its attractions

Doesn't look bleak to me!! There's lots of light and colour in this shot Stewart, and you've really captured the feeling of a dwindling summer's evening. The green of the boat is a nice touch, and contrasts with the more subtle and muted colours in the rest of the shot. V
