Isle of Skye

The Cuillin Ridge as viewed from Glen Brittle beach.
We spent the weekend camped about 100 yards from where I took this shot,
A very remote and idyllic place, the light changed constantly
as our great British summer continues to amaze me with it's variety!!

Nikon D80 ,Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC HSM
1/80s f/11.0 at 12.0mm iso100. Circular polarising filter full exif

Fantastic shot! Beautiful colours and contrasts between the beach, mountainside and sky...and the wide angle really gives a sense of the huge horizons in the Hebrides. Vote!
