# 21 Seasonal.

This is my first attempt at preserving my first crop of olives from my young tree! There are not that many, and I am doing it in an easy way, so the proof will be in the tasting!!

Good luck! Every time that I have tried making my own olives they have tasted terrible. (and I really love olives!). Nice image for seasonal.
