thanks for all the well wishes everyone... . I feel much better today than I did a day or two ago. I think the fresh mountain air was the best medicine I could have had. (although I felt like rolling over and dieing at the time)

I agree it's worldwide, I've been dealing with it for a week now myself and with teen temps and snow/ice forecast for tonight and tomorrow, this pic hits home.

Get well soon Wanda. Feeling your pain, I'm sick too :(

Wanda you are remarkable! Being that sick and still willing to venture out, as Jim said, you are a trooper! Best wishes for a quick recovery.

Nothing like snowshoeing in 28 degrees while feeling like death warmed over! But the scenery was pretty and the clean air felt so good once My lungs stopped burning! Since 4 days of bed rest hasn't helped Me kick this cold/cough/flu bug, I figured a little exercise might help, or at least kill Me and put Me out of My misery. So far, I am still kicking. We'll see what tomorrow brings. Hopefully not another snotty nose, sore throat and cough. (tired look on face)
