When I think about July in the mountains I think about wildflowers. In Yellowstone the wildflowers were spectacular in some areas. Here at Nine Mile, an area burned a year or so ago, the forest floor is carpeted in flowers.

Oh, and the other thing you think about is bugs ... we were just glad these were May Flies
