This spotted sandpiper and her babies proved to be a tough shot. She was always bouncing up and down after perching while singing out her warning song to her babies. She would flit from spot to spot and her little ones would run like crazy through the tall grass. They were so cute! I didn't spend much time trying to get the perfect shot because I didn't want to traumatize them.
