I put this flier together from photos I took a couple of weeks ago when I took the listing for this home in Southern Utah. OK...its a little cheating for the PAD but what the heck.

It is a spectacular home in a beautiful location. It is only an hour and forty five minute drive from the Las Vegas strip and a one hour drive to Zion National Park. Winters are mild in this part of Utah and snow is rare. The St George area has a number of great golf courses and the area has become a great retirement community. This home is in one of the most exclusive areas of this part of Utah.

Very nice place Bill. I'd be happy to purchase it. I'd gladly flash a Million-Dollar-Smile if they could apply that amount toward the cost of the house, otherwise I'll just have to win the Lotto.

My guess is there wasn't enough room on the flier to show every feature of the home. Prospective buyers will just have to come see the pool for themselves! (grin)
