Wanda09_13_04.jpg

We didn't get started on this photo until after 9:00pm. It was a little tough because the light spilled over and hit the background. It ended up taking more than an hour to get the light worked out. Overall I will give this one just an OK.

Quick note to all photographers. . .never shoot an "implied nude" when the model is tired and cranky. No matter what you produce she will think she looks "too fat". (lauging) This image didn't make it to My list of "favorites" but I suppose now that I look back at it, I really don't look too fat after all.

Don't be so hard on yourself it is great as usual.

Howard, it was more a moving the light around and redirecting and then adding a reflector to fill a little on Wanda's left side.

About that light. How did you solve the problem, keeping the light from the background? I'm assuming this is in a studio. I don't have one, so that's why I'm curious. I would guess the background would be moved away further? Or is it just a matter of directing the light?

Ok looks real good. It's tough to put out excellent work every day, you do a good job at it.

Would that many of us could have such "just OK" photos!
