Wanda09_12_04.jpg

It was a fight to get this photo taken and then posted. Wanda had just gotten out of bed. She hadn't had her first cup of coffee. She wasn't happy with me when I grabbed the camera and started taking pictures of her and Orrin G. I told her I liked how sweet she looked while scratching the cats ears. Orrin G was loving the attention.

I thought I had the picture of the day. She wasn't sure she wanted me posting a photo of her when she hadn't so much as brushed her hair or put on any makeup. She finally decided, "ah what the heck go ahead and post it." I think it looks just fine and I have the PAD done, which leaves the rest of the day to play. YIPPEEEEEEEEE!!

Until I started reviewing and critiquing all the pictures I had totally forgotten about this one! (cringing) This one is NOT on My list of favorites, although I must admit, My precious Orrin G does look adorable! He sure enjoys soaking up the love and attention. He is such a precious kitty.

Rich, I LOVE that song! (warm smile)....oh, and Shannon, Orrin G had a very loud purr when he was a kitten but as he got older his purr became quiter.

Wanda, you and Orrin G both look so content, I'm reminded of the country song "She don't know she's beautiful" on this one.

Wanda, both you and the cat look fine. Make-up is makeup, I like the natural, real thing most of the time.
Nice shot.
I know what you mean about having the PaD done early in the day.
I hate to scramble at the last hours of the day to get it done.

AWWW This is a very sweet image!

Just a question: Does Orrin G have a very loud purr? My kitty has a very loud purr and she is a orange tiger, so I was wodering if it's typical in that type of cat...

Wanda, your heart is trully fullfilled with love. Look how relaxed the cat is when lying on you. My husband loves cats, I should remind him of seeing this one. I love it.

Wanda, trust me, you don't need to be made up and all brushed to be beautiful. I like seeing the more informal side of you. More of these!!!

Well at least Orrin G looks good in this picture! (racing for the cold cucumber slices)Why is it MEN can look good when they first wake-up but women don't? It's just not fair! I can't believe I let Bill have his way on this one! Thanks for all your kind comments, but I do believe I will continue My daily ritual of applying make-up. (thinking about hiding Bill's camera until I am "presentable" from now on!)

Wonderful contrasts of color.
Makeup doesn't create beauty, it only enhances what is already there.

Wanda, I think you're naturally striking! This photo is rich in color and beauty, both in appearance and in emotion. Nice grab, Bill!
