On yesterday's photo I mentioned a new kitten hanging around. Well, Wanda is a softy and of course has been feeding and loving the new kitten. She named her Samantha. I guess we have one more cat.

This picture goes in the "My favorites" list. I have noticed when I am with animals or children My smile always looks a lot more natural. I suppose a smile comes more easily when inspired by something warm and cuddly rather than looking at the cold eye of the camera. If I learn how to use Bill's camera(s) I want to get a good picture of Samantha now that she is all grown up. She has the prettiest eyes! In the shade they look copper, in the sunlight they turn a pretty green color with a ring of copper around them.

What a pair of cuties!! Wanda looks so much more relaxed. In some of the more formal/posed pictures the smile can look a little 'fixed' when our long suffering model is getting a little 'tired' with the photographic process. But this is a lovely capture and her beauty shines through. ... Oh, and sorry Samantha, you're a beauty too!

Samantha is one lucky lady....really a nice picture! Wanda, your eyes and smile are quite a combo in this shot. One of your best natural shots, I think. Good thing you had the camera at hand, Bill.
