OK, now this is hot 122 degrees Fahrenheit or 50 degrees Celsius. What a great day for a hike. NOT!

We liked Death Valley but we need to go back in the Fall or Winter for more photo work. This was just a scouting trip. Thank God for air conditioning.

I lived in Las Vegas during some of my teen aged years until the summer of 1968 when I was 15 years old. The hottest I ever remember Vegas getting to, (since I was young and strong and wasn't weather obsessed like I am now), was about 115 degrees. In all honesty though, it really didn't bother me at the time ... but it sure would NOW!
