New? Produced by Recaro until 1973!! The seat-rails are now more than 30 years old, but in good condition.

As I know, these are the correct seat-rails for the 1973 Porsche 911 RSR. Recaro never produced other seat-rails until 1973. Maybe Porsche produced some seat-rails themselves but I don't believe so because I have never seen them do that and why should Porsche do such things if Recaro provides them all they need?
