Dolls

Another "doll poem" by Margaret Atwood;

All dolls come
from the land of the unborn,
the almost-born; each
doll is a future
dead at the roots,
a voice heard only
on breathless nights,
a desolate white memento.

Beautifully photographed, but dolls (and clowns) creep me out. :) V

A step back in time, nothing Atwood could say to change my mind about childhood treasures.
Perfect in b/w. V

cheerful little imps to delight many a child, whatever Atwood thinks...a quality shot to portray them..
