It is clearly evident that she has removed my own copyright watermark and put in her own signature.
This shows she knew that the image was copyrighted. This is theft.

The Criminal Code of Canada, Part 9:
322. (1) Every one commits theft who fraudulently and without colour of right takes, or
fraudulently and without colour of right converts to his use or to the use of another person,
anything, whether animate or inanimate..."

Her biography states "I wish the photos would do the paintings more justice". I wish her painting
did MY photo more justice. It was felt by others that it was clear in the paintings she had not
copied that she did not have much talent to paint, and that she only has talent to copy.

As this is a copy of my image, I am entitled to any and all copies she has made. I wanted the
painting for the children's section at my local hospital, and I was going to include a
plaque telling about Sydney's short life. Hopefully it would teach children to respect
Nature's little creatures.

She is claiming I want the painting back so I can sell it. I don't need the money, Heidi.

She is also claiming in the correspondence that I'm probably not even the Sandra Jackson who
took these images!!!???? "Sandra...if you are who you say you are, is only 1% believeable, and
99% scam according to the Lawyers", then I guess my ability to edit this website teaches her
something. I'm beginning to think that she doesn't even have the intelligence to grasp even that.
