Located in the roughest neighborhood I've ever lived in, near the corner of Roosevelt Road and Racine in Little Italy, when I was a student at UIC back in 1991-92. Neighborhood's cleaned up considerably since then, and most of the low- and high-rise public housing that was across the street and caddy corner from this building back then has been demolished and replaced with townhomes and condos.
