After info on this 8085 experementers board... Anyone know anything aobut it??? Anyone ever used one or have a manual??? Would be interested to know anything anyone can tell me...

I THINK it's designed by siemens, around 1987...

Keyboard for entering numbers in hexadecimal 0-9, A-F (or 0-15 in decimal!). Could be a trainer for a class or a general purpose single board computer programmed in hex opcodes.
