Not sure what the grey is (top right) and I didn't notice when I was taking the photo
that the writing in the oval is upside down! I shall have to visit the Library again and
rectify both mistakes. Even so, I think he photo still merits publication.
The Central Library was opened in 1860 and is in William Brown Street--an integral part of the Liverpool World Heritage site.
