The other day I went to my favorite bookstore... Half-Price Books and found another cookbook (like I need another cookbook).
It is called "The Garden Gourmet" (The Dallas Arboretum Cookbook).
I found a good sounding salad that I decided to try.

The salad: spinach, apples, raisins, peanuts, and scallions
The dressing: white wine vinegar, oil, chutney, sugar, salt and curry powder

It was easy and delicious, and I would definitely make it again and might add some pieces of fresh mango.
