"Crust"

Looking for an easy appetizer or something delicious to complement a bowl of soup or a simple pasta dish?
Start with a slice of toasted, crusty bread.

Top with your favorite cheese, tomatoes, olives, capers, parsley, garlic, olive oil and a splash of red wine vinegar.
