19 June

This sculpture used to be in the centre of the overflow car park to our local shopping centre.
The car park was rarely used as you had a fair walk - people just drove around and around the nearest car park until a space came free!
When I said, 'used to be in the centre', it hasn't moved, just that half of the car park has been used for new shops and it isn't in the centre any more.
I'd forgotten it was there until yesterday when Laura and I walked through it to the local retail park.
In fact, I didn't even notice it until Laura said, "You could take a pic of that, Mum."
So I went up there this morning. Not sure what the stones are, they have details of local schools on them, in metal with metal bands.

other sizes: small medium large auto

Would love to know what it's supposed to represent

You must be very civilised in Sheffield, in Manchester this would have been well ERR painted by now.

Great piece of art, shame it has to be wrapped in a steel fence. I can see you doing a close up series of this
