Ben Winecoff helps wheel an assisted care person over icy terrain into the Red
Cross Shelter at Stanford Middle School in Hillsborough. Staying at the shelter
himself with his son Joseph he felt it was his obligation to not just sit on the
provided cots but help out any way he was able.
